We will add to the delight of a jaunt through Amsterdam Beach State Park by beginning the hike at Montauk’s historic Third House then hiking a section of the Paumanok Path before we cross NY 27 and enter Amsterdam Beach. There is plenty to see in this beautiful state park, including the flaring Atlantic from atop the bluffs near Frisbee’s. Meet at Third House, Montauk County Park, about 1/4 mile east of East Lake Drive. Bring snacks and liquids.
