We’ll meet promptly at Sunken Meadow Field 3 Parking lot by the restrooms and then take a few cars down to Heckscher State Park Field 7, where we will begin our hike. Restrooms at Connetquot River SP, Lakeland County Park, Blydenburgh and the Charles and Helen Reichert Administration building in Kings Park. Lunch at Blydenburgh.  Bring water and food for the journey. Filtered water available at both Connetquot and Kings Park stops. Heavy rain cancels. Arrive at least 15 minutes early at Sunken Meadow. No parking fee at that hour. You must pre-register for this hike. Fast and strenuous pace throughout. Hike end time is approximate.
