Meet at the park house near the bathrooms at 9:50 am for a 10:00 departure.

Let’s take a brisk walk around the trail at Belmont Lake State Park, then under the overpass to Southard’s Pond. Hiking boots/ shoes are recommended as the trail may be muddy. Bring water, a snack and a smile.

Parking fee is $10 or use the Empire Pass, available at most libraries for check out. Take the Southern State Parkway to exit 38 for Belmont Lake State Park.
