On the day after Thanksgiving explore the wonders of Barcelona Neck, the magnificent State-owned peninsula near Sag Harbor. Barcelona Neck is in the midst of nearly one thousand acres of preserved land centered on Northwest Creek and Little Northwest Creek in East Hampton. From Barcelona’s bluffs we can look down on Northwest Harbor and across the harbor to The Nature Conservancy’s Mashomack Preserve on Shelter Island. Meet 10:00 a.m. at Swamp Road, park on road shoulder east of Edwards Hole Road. Bring snacks & liquids. Hike end time is approximate.
