40 miles - fast- varied- Prior registration required: Call or text Fran at 631-806-5078. What a wonderful way to celebrate National Trails Day! We’ll begin and end at the southern end of the trail in Massapequa on Ocean Ave. Restrooms at Bethpage State Park, Trailview (Stop and Shop) and Cold Spring Harbor. Lunch at the halfway point. Fast and strenuous pace throughout.  Bring water, food, and a smile for the journey. You must pre-register for this hike.  Heavy rain cancels. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
